GOURMET PIE
A BIT ABOUT THE VILLAGE PIE MAKER
Judith Ogden Larsen learned to make pies from her grandmother at age 10. Together they rolled out the perfect crust and filled it with pounds of fresh fruit fillings like raspberries, cherries, blueberries, and apples. It was lightly brushed with milk and sprinkled with sugar, then baked to perfection. The pies always brought smiles and happiness wherever they were served.
